the times when everyone there doted on me.

the stupid stuff i did that made em laugh.
i miss ALL OF YOU AT SCB=)
every every single memory!=)

wheeeee.halloween party at nic's tmr.
and econs project.
and cg lunch.
and MAYB psych project.
quizzes after quizzes.

bcos i know God will bring me thru all these.

ouch.
the pain is really unbearable.
really really unbearable
it hurts when i sit.
it hurts when i walk.
once actively involved in sports,
but now i walk like an idiot.
:(
took the medicine auntie karina gave.
some anti inflammatory medicine.
really works=)
helps to ease the pain.
thanks to all those who showed concern in some way or another.

anyways,
have been furniture shopping these few days=)
then today went to some fair at the expo.
then grandma bought a painting that costs 1000+
and my parents went to consult the interior designer to help design our new house.
so many things to see there!
right now,
im really really really excited to see how our new house will turn out to be like=)
gonna miss the neighbours
but really really excited to be moving to a new house=)

HAPPY (:

went to polyclinic to want to take an Xray.
but in the end the doc referred me to a specialist.
CGH in jan,SGH in dec or AH in nov.
i chose the nov apptment.
cos the pain is really unbearable.

went to some chi doc in eunos cos daddy said the acupuncture there could help ease the pain.
but in e end, e doc gave me some YUCKY tasting medicine.
but i really had an enjoyable time at the clinic.
there were a group of elderly there.

i smiled at em and sat down beside this old lady
who was really nice=)
so we just chatted.

there was this old uncle who was so friendly and funny=)
i also chatted with him and he really made me smile.
sth he said in hokkien,
"not happy also must get past the day,so why not stay happy and cheerful,bcos the day will eventually pass by."

these elderly really made my day.

then it was my turn to see e doc.

then when i was waiting for my medicine,
there was this old lady walkin in to see the doc.
she had difficulty walkin.
so i helped her into the room.
her smile and thank-you were just enough to make my day=)

then at night,was Carrie's BBQ birthday celebration,
there was this dog with one ear dangling.
he was so hungry that he kept coming near us for food.
we then called the SPCA and had to keep the dog where we were.
but he ran off.
so me junyao and jesline had to go look for him.
there was no way to bring him back.
so i ran back to get some bread for junyao to coax him back.
we succeeded.
but when the SPCA came,they couldnt bring him back bcos he was so scared of the man.

its these lil things that are able to make my day.
knowing that i can make a difference to the other person
even a lil act of kindness can really bring a smile to someone else.
that really warms my heart and makes my heart smile

even a lil smile can make someone's day.
so do keep that smile on your face!
bcos you will nv know when you can make a difference in someone's life.

so spread that love and keep smiling!=)

HAPPY

MID TERMS ARE OVER!!!!
*screams*

eng,econs and psycho.
i definitely have more confidence in my eng.
argh.
i seriously have to study harder.

anyways,the essay qns for english....

[How should a person make an intelligent decision about a life partner?Give examples of couples you know.]

this was the qns i chose.
definitely the easier qns out of e 5.

What are the qualities you look for in a life partner?

we all set many expectations.
Often, e people we fall in love with often falls below our own expectations.
To expect our other half to fulfill all our expectations is close to impossible.

Most importantly,
the person has to give me a sense of security,
to want to commit to spend the rest of my life with him.

the person has to be a Christian,
to share the same values and faith.
definitely has to be spiritually more matured than me.
to lead me closer to God=)

the person has to be a gentleman.
HAHA.
i dont know why this has to be one of the criterias.
but YES,he definitely has to be a gentleman

the person has to be sweet.
to know when to say the right things
and to do small little gestures that will make me smile.

the person has to be able to make me smile most of e time
when im sad.when im angry.when im depressed.when im happy.

most imptly,
he has to love me for who i am,
enough to overlook my weaknesses.
and i have to love him for who he is.

anyways,the time will definitely come when the right guy appears.
God already has a guy/girl in mind for us.
just let Him take control.

we may go through many things in life that may make us afraid to want to commit.
But most imptly, we have to get over the past and get on with life.
No point looking back.
To not let memories and past experiences get in the way.

Communication is such an important factor.
I have seen cases in which marriages fall apart because of communication problems.

I seriously cant imagine myself getting married one day.
and all my friends.
One day we will be at some cafe talking about our kids,our marriage,housework.
WOW.

I WANT TO GO BACK TO SCB TO WORK DURING THE DEC HOLS!=)

HAPPINESS.

wheeeee.daddy fetched me home from sch today.
was supposed to take e bus with shawn.
but he had to go home to take his notes.

so i calledd daddy to pick me up.

he could only come in 30 mins.
so my dearest frens,crystal,lanyan and zhezhang waited with me=)
we camwhored.and laughed at you-know-who.
really enjoy e time with em=)
HAHA.zhezhang and his magic tricks.
but he got exposed by matilda.

wheeee.
then daddy actually lost his way.
but with e map in his phone,he finally got us home.
in the car.
we were talkin abt alot of things.
sth he said really triggered my tots.
he said i must be happy with e job i do in future.

and then i remembered how i applied for courses like REAL ESTATE in NUS.
i THOUGHT i was interested in it.
but with e help from God and church leaders,
i finally found my passion.
PSYCHOLOGY.
double degree with biz ad is just a bonus.
God really has a plan for me.

i really really really love psychology.
its so so so so so interesting u noe?
totally loving it=)

anyways mid terms next week=(
but i got so many things to blog abt!
