okays.finally blogspot is normal again.
i can now blog about what i wanted to blog about.
First of all, SUMMER SEMESTER IS DRIVING ME NUTSSSSSSSS.
this is when the testing of time management comes.
how to manage friends, ministry and studies.
this is really a hair-pulling moment.
and now im involved in ESS decor.
tests tests and tests.projects projects and projects.
all i can do here is complain and complain.
but the workload never reduces.
its taking a toll on me.
tiredness and eyebags are starting to be my best friends.
Next,i have a story to share:)
after Matrics,i was feeling really really really tired.
on the verge of giving up.
really really really drained.
i literally closed myself up to everything.
then one day,
when i was taking the mrt to school.
i met a woman who was carrying alot of things @ Tampines Interchange
i would always help ppl in need.
so,i offered my help to her.
thinking that,OH NO,now i will just hold her bag and we will stay silent for the rest of the trip.
but NOOOOOO,
God had other plans.
she saw my cross necklace and asked me if im a Christian.
mind you,all the conversations were in Mandarin (a tough task for me)
she was from Batam
then she proceeded to tell me that her brother was in SGH and she was gonna bring him home.
he was there bcos he had high blood pressure
it was making him lose his mind.
he would not know where he is
and who he was.
in the hospital, he was hysterical.
even the patient next to him told her that he should be sent to IMH.
she was scared and did not want it to happen.
she kept praying and praying.
and a pastor also helped to pray for her brother.
the next day,she went back and the nurse said that he was finally eating and even knew where he was and who he was and even asked for his sister.
if it wasnt God who answered the prayer, who else could do such miraculous things?
she told me how life was like in Batam.
her school had the students take either Islam or Christian studies as one of the subjects.
she chose Christian studies.
having been touched by the teachings, she converted.
and when it was time to be baptised.
she and her friends went.
her mum opposed that decision
and her fren's dad and brother threatened to throw her fren into the sea.
but they relented after her fren's mum pleaded with them not to.
then her daughter had a dream
which made her think,
have we saved enough ppl today?
next, she had an encounter with a ghost.
and even after she said.
I command you to leave in God's name.
the ghost came back.
then God talked to her and asked her to say a verse to chase the ghost away.
she forgot for a moment but then remembered.
and the ghost went away
ppl in her village also will shun her and her frens bcos of their beliefs.
this leads me to think.....
HAVE I BEEN FAITHFULLY PRAYING?
HAVE I BEEN FAITHFULLY READING THE BIBLE?
PPL IN BATAM ARE FACING FAR WORST PERSECUTIONS THAN ME,WHY DO I HAVE THOUGHTS OF GIVING UP WHEN MINE ARE SO MINOR AS COMPARED TO THEIRS?God sent this woman to speak to me,and to give me the energy to keep going.
it did not happen by chance
i then carried her bag all the way until the bus stop of outram.
we then exchanged numbers.
this incident really filled my heart with emotions and helped me regain my faith.
God showed me thru this small lil incident so many questions.
and i was really touched:):)
Last of all,
Mission We-Can-Do-It is gg wellllllll.hopefully.
my heart is burdened by this incident.
we must complete this mission!:)
sowing is really hard.
so many complications.
communication is really impt.
