super stressed and my heart was overflowing with lotsa emotions that i couldnt breathe.

but

but.

am totally refreshed...and i mean totally...totally totally refreshed during service ytd.
God gave me strength to charge forward.
God refreshed me!
God heard my cries and He gave me comfort.
God!You are GREAT!=)

i hope to spread some of that to ppl ard me!=)
